By booking, you guarantee that you have read and understand all the information regarding your shoot package on the booking portal as well as the following terms and conditions:​

• All under 18s must be accompanied by a parent or Guardian.

• Shoots can be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the start of the shoot.

• Failing to show up to your shoot or cancelling with less than 24 hours notice forfeits your right to a returned deposit.

• Each retouched, final photo includes unlimited usage licensing. 

• Usage licensing is only given for the photos processed via the checkout*.

• Removing watermarks from gallery images constitutes a direct copyright breach, and is easily traceable. If you are found to be using gallery images in breach of these terms and conditions you will be invoiced the cost of the photos you're found to be using, alongside an additional 100% fee for misuse. 

• Payment for the Full Package or Unlimited Package shoots is due by 11:59 pm the day of the shoot
